The AI interviewer that wears your brand.

Roundvox holds your first-round voice interviews under your name, your logo and your domain. It records, transcribes and scores each one against your rubric. A person on your team makes every decision.

Ava: Hi Ravi, I'm Ava, an AI interviewer for Acme Retail. This is recorded, and a person at Acme Retail makes the decision. Ready?

Ravi: Yes, I'm ready.

Ava: Quick role-play. I run a small shop and filled in your form yesterday. I'm busy. Go ahead.

Ravi: Thanks for picking up, sir. Thirty seconds: what slows your billing down most right now?

How it works

From a job opening to a shortlist, without the phone screens.

  1. Pick a role

Start from Sales, Support, Operations or a general screen, or describe your own. Every question and rubric line is editable.

  2. Try it yourself

Be the candidate for two minutes and read your own scorecard before anyone else does.

  3. Invite candidates

A personal link by email and WhatsApp, from the app, your careers page or straight from your CRM.

  4. Review the evidence

Recording, transcript and a score per competency, each backed by the candidate's own words.

  5. You decide

Advance, hold or reject. The decision flows back to your CRM automatically.

The scorecard

Scores you can check, not a number to trust.

Every score links to what the candidate actually said, with a timestamp you can play. The AI recommends; only a person can advance or reject.

  • Scored from the recording, not just the live transcript, so accents and mis-hearings aren't held against anyone.
  • Learns what your team values from its own past decisions. It changes how it probes, never the questions or the bar.
  • Integrity signals (a second voice, reading aloud) are flags for a person, never a score.

White-label, all the way down

Your candidates meet your company. Roundvox stays backstage.

Built for employers, and for staffing agencies that run hiring for many clients, each in its own branded workspace.

Brand

Name, logo and colour

One colour builds the whole palette, with readable contrast checked for you. Emails, careers pages and link previews follow.

Voice

Your interviewer

Name it, pick one of eight voices, choose the language. It introduces itself as your company's AI interviewer.

Domain

careers.yourcompany.com

Point a CNAME, prove ownership with one TXT record, and HTTPS is issued automatically.

Email

Your sender

Your display name and reply-to address on the platform's mail, or plug in your own SMTP.

Workspaces

One per client

Run it as a service: every company signs up, gets its own subdomain, data and branding, fully isolated.

Volume

Invite hundreds from a CSV

Upload a list, see every row checked before anything is sent, and give each person a link that stays open for days.

Your key

Bring your own AI key

Use your own Gemini key, so the AI cost and quota are yours. Usage and an interviews-at-once limit per company.

Your stack

Claude and ChatGPT

A built-in MCP connector lets your team ask an AI assistant about interviews, with their own access level.

Integrations

Leads in, results out, messages where candidates read them.

Any CRM, no field-mapping forms

Send one lead to your webhook. Roundvox suggests the field mapping with AI, looking only at masked values, never real names or numbers. Confirm with one click and the waiting leads import.

Bold: built-in adapters. The rest connect through signed webhooks.

WhatsApp, through your provider

Invites, reminders and links as approved WhatsApp templates, only to candidates who opted in. Bring the provider you already pay for.

Community presets built from each provider's public docs. Test once before you rely on one, or use the custom HTTP option for any other provider.

Responsible by default

Fair to candidates, and you can prove it.

  • Always says it's an AIThe disclosure is built in and can't be switched off by any workspace.
  • A person decidesNo automatic rejections. The AI recommends; only your team can advance or reject.
  • No face or emotion scoringThe camera is for the recording and human review. Nothing is read from faces or tone.
  • Accents are never scoredCode-mixing such as Hinglish is normal. Assessments listen to the recording, not just the transcript.
  • Data with an end dateRecordings are deleted after your retention period. ID photos sooner. Candidates can withdraw and be erased.
  • Isolated workspacesEvery query is scoped to one company and fails closed. Tested on every change.

Yours to run, on your own server.

One command sets up the app, the database, storage, the voice server and HTTPS. Updates and backups are one command each.

  • A Linux server with Docker (2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM for a handful of interviews at once)

Questions

Good to know

Is it really free?

Yes. Roundvox is open source under the AGPL-3.0 licence: you can run it, change it and host it for your own company at no cost. If you offer a modified version to others as a service, the licence asks you to share your changes. You pay for what it uses: your server and your Gemini usage.

Which languages can it interview in?

English by default, with candidates free to mix in their own language. Each round can be set to another language that Gemini Live speaks, such as Hindi, and role-plays can switch language for a part of the interview.

Does the candidate need to install anything?

No. They open a personal link in Chrome on a laptop or phone, check their camera and microphone, and talk. Dropped connections resume where they left off.

Who owns the data?

You do. On your own server, nothing leaves except the calls to the AI model and your email and messaging providers. Recordings, transcripts and resumes stay in your storage and are deleted on your schedule.

Can my agency run it for many clients?

Yes. Multi-company mode gives every client a separate workspace on its own subdomain or domain, with its own brand, team, data and integrations.

Let AI take the first round. Keep the final word.
